How a B2B SaaS Team Generated 45 Qualified Leads in 2 Weeks

A 12-person SaaS company replaced their fragmented prospecting stack with Qeron. Here's exactly what happened in the first two weeks.

When we started working with this team, they had three people spending roughly 15 hours per week combined on manual prospecting. They were using a CRM, a LinkedIn scraper, an enrichment tool, and Gmail sequences — all disconnected.

Results were inconsistent. Some weeks they'd generate five qualified conversations. Other weeks, nothing. The pipeline was unpredictable and morale around outbound was low.

Week one: setup and signal mapping

We spent the first week mapping their ideal customer profile and configuring the signal monitoring. For this team, the highest-intent signals were: companies in their target verticals that had recently hired a VP Sales, companies that had just closed a Series A or B, and companies actively using two or more of their competitor tools.

We also built out their Lead Wiki — a live, automatically enriched database of every prospect that matched their ICP. No manual lookups. No stale data. Just clean, contextualised prospect records.

Week two: first scored leads

On day eight the Lead Cockpit went live. Scored leads started appearing — each with a full Notion profile attached. The hiring activity, the funding round, the tech stack, LinkedIn posts, publications — all of it was already there. The team opened a lead and knew exactly who they were dealing with before sending a single message.

By end of week two: 45 qualified leads entered the pipeline. 12 discovery calls booked. 3 moved to proposal stage.

What changed for the team

The three people who had been spending 15 hours per week on manual research and prospecting stopped doing it entirely. They shifted to handling the conversations and closing. Their week got better. Their pipeline got bigger.

  • 45 qualified, scored leads in 14 days
  • 12 discovery calls booked — team had full context going in
  • ~15 hours per week recovered across the team
  • Pipeline predictability improved significantly in month one

The bottom line

This isn't an outlier result. It's what happens when signal detection, lead scoring, and Notion profiling work as one connected system instead of three disconnected tools. The pipeline doesn't stop when the team stops working.

We used to dread Monday because we didn't know what was in the pipeline. Now it's just there.
